  • Make purchases from your checking account wherever VISA debit cards are accepted, without having to write a check.

  • You may also use your VISA Check (Debit) Card at ATMs throughout the world, giving you instant access to your First Community Financial Bank account(s).

  • For uninterrupted service, please call or visit your local branch if you plan to use your credit or debit card while traveling.

While fees may apply for international card use, First Community STAR or Allpoint ATM transactions
are always free and the Bank will pay ATM transaction fees for all other ATM transactions in the U.S.

New Fraud Prevention Service

In our continuing efforts to keep your accounts secure, we’ve improved our alert system for
potential fraud.

Here's how it works:

  1. When potential fraud is detected, you will receive an automatic email notification from
    First Community Financial Bank, with the option to reply with “fraud” or “no fraud.”
  2. One minute after the email, you will receive a text alert from First Community Financial Bank, which also has the “fraud” or “no fraud” option (SEE BELOW). These texts can alert you 24/7.
  3. If no response is received from you within five minutes of the text alert, you will receive automatic phone calls (between 7am and 9pm) to confirm or deny fraud.

Remember – our messages will never ask for your PIN or account number.

* The phone number for our Fraud Center has changed to 1-800-417-4592. If you add this number
to your phone contacts and label it “Fraud Center,” it will display whenever you get a call from
this number.
